If you need to schedule a checkride for yourself or one of your students, the easiest way to start is to use the following Checkride request form. You may also want to check out the article on Final Checkride Preparation in order to ensure that all requirements have been met.     

For suggestions, comments, or specific questions about flight training and the practical test process, please use our Ask the Examiner form.

 

Checkride Request Form

When you submit your checkride request, I should get an email within 12 hours. Don't be patient, however, feel free to call me if you haven't heard from me within a day or so. Periodically I will post comments about both positive and negative things that happen on checkrides in the Examiner Notes section of this page, and tips or procedures on the Articles page.

  5. Please tell me where the checkride will take place:

    (example: "KSAT at XYZ flight school")

  6. Please list your preferred date and start time. Currently my best days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays although other days including weekends are often available. Start times are 8AM and 1PM. Let me know if you have a special request or need.
